Responsibilities         
                  
Most importantly is to uphold our impeccable reputation.         
                  
Help every customer with ALL their cell phone related issues which will transition to sales.        
                  
Assist in the administrative functions of the store, including cash management and asset protection of store inventory.

Qualifications         
                  
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.         
                  
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (retail sales/operations experience a plus) and a minimum of 1 year retail sales/operations experience.         
                  
Must have well developed conversational and listening skills.          
                  
Existing organizational, communication, multitasking and problem solving skills recommended.          
                  
Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner, including handling upset customers in a way that brings the interaction to a positive conclusion.

PC literacy including Email, Web, and Office is also required.
