Verizon Wireless is the largest cell phone carrier but what about Wireless Express? Wireless Express is a locally owned franchise (the actual term is authorized retailer) of Verizon Wireless with five stores in the Greater Peoria area. We offer all of the available Verizon Wireless services you've grown to love without the hassle and discomfort of pushy sales people.

‘Locally owned’ means we are not dictated to by corporate guys in some other state and that we run our business and deal with our customers the way our owner sees fit, and that’s me, Rami. ‘Locally owned’ means that we care about our reputation and we don’t let things like sales quotas control how we treat our customers. ‘Locally owned’ also means that we support the local economy.

Verizon Wireless? We think differently.

Verizon Wireless is definitely one of the best cell phone carriers if not the best. But somehow, if you haven’t been to a Wireless Express store, you’re probably accustomed to long lines and unanswered questions so much so that you’ve come to expect it. Well at Wireless Express we don’t think you should expect a hassle… and you don’t have to… all you have to do is come to Wireless Express.

There are many places to buy your phone and from so many carriers… Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Sprint/Nextel, T-mobile, Cingular… corporate stores, mall kiosks, authorized retailers, the carrier’s websites, etc. We know that the reason that any customer would buy from any business is if they ‘liked’ the employees… I mean that’s what we do… We buy from people that make me feel good and we don’t buy from people that upset us.  We want to win your business… your repeat business, and your referrals by making you ‘want’ to do business with us, making you like us, and that is not easy to do, we know that. We want to make you and your friends and family, lifetime customers.

What does it take to win your business?

We make you feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and empowered rather than hurried, lost, and worried that your next bill is going to eat a hole in your pocket book. We take the time and consideration it takes to make sure you have the right phone and the right plan for you, not the phone and plan that will make us the most money…that’s what the other guys do. When you have an issue we don’t even want you to call customer service, we expect you to come to us and let us deal with the situation even if it means that we call customer service for you. We know what you need and we know how to get it done. If you try to solve the problem by yourself the problem may get bigger rather than go away. At Wireless Express we won't leave you hanging when you need help.

What about our employees?

We could not do what we do without great employees. So the question is, how do we make sure that every one of our employees treats our customers the way we they should be treated? It’s easy actually. Management treats employees like customers. Our employees trust the company and our customers trust us.

Each of our employees has been with us for at least two years and some boast as many as 13 years experience selling Verizon Wireless, much longer than at any other store or customer service department.
